Fire-Grlled Steaks
Our well marbled, choice cut steaks are marinated in a Smokehouse seasoning and butter brushed before being fire-grilled at 550 degrees by a certified grill master, who, by the way, recommends medium-rare, but will gladly grill your steak any way you please. Steaks come with your choice of any two Regular Sides.

Cajun Seasoning with Louisiana Butter Dry rubbed with a mixture of fiery cajun spices, then brushed with our Louisiana butter, a blend of peppers, onions, roasted garlic, Tabasco sauce and a hint of fresh orange juice in a rich butter sauce.
Button Mushroom Red Wine Sauce Fresh, hand-picked whole button mushrooms, slow roasted and tossed with a variety of spices, then slow-simmered in a full-bodied red wine and roasted garlic sauce and poured over your steak.

Baby Back Ribs Smoked Our award-winning baby back ribs are hand-rubbed in a three staged seasoning process, then marinated, before being hickory smoked for nearly four hours.
